Share Query Results

By default all query results are private, viewable only to the query creator. You can make your results visible to everyone or share with a specific user.

There are three ways to change the privacy settings of your query results:

  • Sharing from within Compose

  • Sharing on the execution results catalog page

  • Publishing the query

  • Scheduling the query

These ways of sharing query results are described in more detail below.

Sharing Query Results in Compose

In Compose, click More > Share in the Results tab.

Sharing Query Results in the Catalog

On the results Catalog page, click the Sharing lock icon.

Sharing Query Results by Publishing

In versions 2022.4 and earlier, you can choose to automatically share all your query’s results whenever you share the query itself with someone else. See Sharing Queries in Compose and Granting Access and Sharing Queries in the Catalog for details.

In 2023.1 and later, you must share query results individually as described on this page.
